I’m an Arkansas educator, wellness coach, and teacher-author with big dreams. I am a bit of a tech geek who loves my energizing tea and reality TV.
Right now, I’m probably sipping my tea and dreaming of ways I can help teachers in their classroom, their business, and in their life. I want to share ways they can live more and work less; whether that be in the classroom, as an teacher-author, or bringing out that God-given talent that has been tucked away for far too long.
